目的：分析干髓术和根管治疗术治疗老年人磨牙牙髓病变的效果。方法将86例患者分为A组和B组，各43例，分别采取干髓术和根管治疗术治疗。结果 A组术后1年成功率95.3%、术后2年成功率83.7%；B组术后1年成功率97.7%，术后2年成功率88.4%，P＞0.05，差异不具有统计学意义。两组术后发生残髓炎、急性根尖周炎患者经处理后好转。结论干髓术和根管治疗术治疗老年人磨牙牙髓病变效果显著，需根据患者实际情况，选择合理术式。%Objective To analysis the therapeutic effect of mummiifcation and the elderly molar root canal therapy endodontic lesions.Methods Selected 86 patients were divided into group A and group B, each group had 43 cases, were taken mummiifcation and root canal therapy treatment. Results A group after one harvest power 95.3%, 83.7% after 2 harvest power; group B after one harvest power 97.7%, after 2 harvest power 88.4%,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance. The occurrence of postoperative residual pulpitis, acute apical periodontitis patients improved after treatment.Conclusion Mummification and root canal therapy to treat elderly patients molar endodontic lesions is effect, based on the actual situation of the patient and choose a reasonable surgical procedures.
