Objective To analysis the bone and joint disease diagnosis of multislice spiral CT use various reconstruction programs.Methods Retrospective analyzed 60 cases of patients with bone and joint two-dimensional multi-slice spiral CT, CT features of three-dimensional reconstruction program in our hospital, and then based on the results of multi-slice spiral CT imaging reconstruction programs for patients with different initial diagnosis, then after the diagnosis conifrmed by pathology and follow-up analyzed of the importance of multi-slice spiral CT for different kinds of programs in bone and joint disease diagnosis. Results Compared to the two-dimensional reconstruction programs, multi-slice spiral CT reconstruction plan better for the diagnosis of bone and joint disease type,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance.Conclusion Spiral CT allows people suffering from such disorders receive timely and correct treatment.%目的 分析对于骨关节创伤性疾病使用多层螺旋CT的不同重建方案的诊断意义.方法 回顾性分析我院60例骨关节创伤性患者使用多层螺旋CT和二维、三维重建方案CT的不同的特征,分别使用多层螺旋CT不同重建方案显像结果,病理和随访诊断来诊断患者所患的疾病,经诊断与证实来分析骨关节创伤性疾病中使用多层螺旋CT的不同重建方案的重要意义.结果 相比于其他的诊断方案,对于骨关节创伤性疾病来说,多层螺旋CT三维重建方案的诊断效果更佳,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 多层螺旋CT能使患骨关节创伤性疾病的患者减缓痛苦,得到及时有效的治疗.
