探讨儿科护理安全的影响因素及对策

摘要

Objective To explore the factors and countermeasure of affect the safety in pediatric nursing.Methods All patients were using routine care, tracking and recording nursing care factors analyzed.Results Nurse patient communication, nursing ability, legal awareness, nursing personnel allocation, et al were the main inlfuence factors.Conclusion According to affect the safety of the main factors of pediatric care, improving nurses' ability to communicate and care, promote nurse-patient communication, improve care management, strengthen the security of pediatric care.%目的 探讨儿科护理安全的影响因素并分析其对策.方法 所有患儿均采用常规护理,全程跟踪和记录护理人员护理工作,分析影响因素.结果 护患沟通、护理人员的护理能力、法律意识、护理人员配置等是影响儿科护理安全的主要影响因素.结论 根据影响儿科护理安全的主要因素,提高护理人员沟通和护理能力,增进护患沟通,完善护理管理,强化儿科护理安全性.
