Objective To explore the clinical effect of rectal internal thread treatment pelvic and rectal interval abscess.Methods Selected 48 cases of pelvic abscess were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group had 24 cases, the control group were treated by open surgery, the observation group used of the treatment of internal rectal surgery.Results Compared total effective rate of treatment in the twogroups,P>0.05, had no difference statistically signiifcance, the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance,the improvement of anal function in 1 and 3 weeks after operation was better than that in control group,P<0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion Treatment of pelvic and rectal abscess with rectal internal thread and clinical curative effect is remarkable.%目的 探究直肠内挂线术治疗骨盆直肠间隙脓肿的疗效.方法 选取48例骨盆直肠间隙脓肿患者随机分为两组,各24例,对照组采用切开挂线术治疗,观察组采用直肠内挂线术治疗.结果 两组患者治疗总有效率比较,P>0.05,差异不具有统计学意义,患者手术时间和住院时间短于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,患者术后1周和3周肛门功能改善程度优于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义.结论 骨盆直肠间隙脓肿采用直肠内挂线术治疗效果显著.
