目的：探讨前位护理干预对急性心肌梗死伴心律失常患者的影响。方法选取2014年3月～2015年3月我院收治的64例急性心肌梗死伴心律失常患者为研究对象，按照护理方式不同分为对照组（常规护理干预）和观察组（前位护理干预），每组各32例。比较两组患者的满意率和康复率。结果观察组采用前位护理干预后，其满意率和康复率分别为87.5%、93.8%；对照组满意率和康复率分别为53.1%、75.0%。两组患者的满意率和康复率相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论前位护理干预有效的改善患者预后，显著提高患者满意率和康复率，从而为心肌梗死伴心律失常患者抢救提供有力的支持。%Objective To explore the effect of the former nursing intervention on the patients with acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmia. Methods 64 cases of acute myocardial infarction with arrhythmia patients as the research object in the March 2014 to March 2015 in our hospital, according to different nursing divided into control group (routine nursing intervention) and observation group (prior nursing intervention), each group with 32 cases. The satisfaction rate and recovery rate of the two groups were compared. Results The observation group adopted the former nursing intervention, the satisfaction rate and recovery rate were 87.5%, 93.8%, the control group were 53.1%, 75.0%. The satisfactory rate of recovery of the two groups was signiifcantly different (P<0.05). Conclusion The former nursing intervention can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, improve the satisfaction rate and recovery rate, so as to provide a strong support for the treatment of myocardial infarction with arrhythmia.
