胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理要点分析

摘要

Objective To analysis tibioifbula fracture bone traction ifxation postoperative comprehensive nursing key points. Methods Selected106 cases of tibioifbula fracture bone traction ifxation surgery from June 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital as the research object, adopted digital random grouping divided into the observation group and the control group, each group had 53 cases. The control group patients' traditional conventional nursing; Implement comprehensive nursing observation group, compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction. Results After different nursing, the observation group of satisfaction was 98.1%, the control group satisfaction was 81.1%, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing was applied to tibioifbula fracture bone traction fixation surgery patients can improve the patient's satisfaction, to improve the quality of life.%目的：分析胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后的综合护理要点。方法选取2013年6月~2014年12月我院收治的胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后患者106例作为研究对象，采用数字随机分组方式将其均分成观察组和对照组，各53例。给予对照组传统常规护理；观察组实施综合护理，比较分析两组患者护理满意度。结果不同护理后，观察组满意度为98.1%；对照组满意度为81.1%，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论将综合护理应用于胫腓骨骨折骨牵引固定术后患者中可提升患者的满意度，改善生活质量。
