产后出血患者的临床护理分析

Objective Discussion of postpartum hemorrhage analysis of clinical nursing experience. Methods A retrospective analysis of postpartum hemorrhage in our hospital in March 2012 to November 2014 were treated 42 cases, careful patient care, summarize the factors leading to postpartum hemorrhage patients and care-related measures. Results The analysis of causes of postpartum hemorrhage, the timely treatment of 42 patients were stable condition, after the hospital's intensive care patients were cured and discharged from the hospital, no deaths. Conclusion Once the symptoms of postpartum bleeding occurs, maternal life and security caused a big impact, should be closely diagnosis and timely treatment measures taken and give careful and attentive patient care.%目的：浅谈产后出血患者的临床护理分析体会。方法回顾性分析我院2012年3月～2014年11月收治的产后出血患者42例，对患者进行细心的护理，总结导致患者产后出血的因素及相关的护理措施。结果经分析造成产后出血的原因，经及时的治疗42例患者均病情平稳，后经我院的精心护理，患者均治愈且顺利出院，无死亡病例。结论一旦产妇产后出现大出血的症状，对产妇生命安全造成及大的影响，应密切诊断，及时采取救治措施，并且给予患者精心细心的护理，对提高患者生命质量起到重要的意义。
