Objective To observe and explore urinary tract infection patients with the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and western medicine treatment. Methods Our hospital 80 cases of patients with urinary tract infection were selected as the research object, were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Control group accepted routine antibiotic treatment, the observation group of patients in anti-infection treatment of oral Chinese medicine medicinal broth, on the basis of therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with statistics and comparison. Results After a month of treatment, the observation group of patients with the total effective rate was 97.5%, significantly higher than that of control group 87.5%, significant difference was found in two groups of data withstatistical significance (P < 0.05). Conclusion Take the way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment in patients with urinary tract infections, curative effect is distinct and safe and reliable.%目的 观察并探究尿路感染患者接受中西医结合治疗具有的临床疗效.方法 选取我院收治的80例尿路感染患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组.对照组接受常规抗生素治疗,观察组患者则在抗感染治疗的基础上口服中药汤剂,对两组患者的治疗效果进行统计与比较.结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.5%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05).结论 采取中西医结合的方式对尿路感染患者展开治疗,疗效显著且安全可靠.
