Objective Analysis of the root canal therapy and root canal treatment the clinical effect of combined treatment of dry pulp pulpitis. Methods 240 cases of patients with pulpitis were randomly selected from our hospital, and average divided the patients into observation group and control group, 120 cases of patients in each group. Control group adopts the root canal therapy to treat patients, observation group in the control group on the basis of joint dry pulp treating pulpitis, and statistical analysis was carried out on the clinical effect after treatment. Results After treatment the clinical effect of observation group was better than control group,P < 0.05, with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion With root canal therapy and stem pith of combined treatment of pulpitis, which was more obvious than the single root canal therapy, and the root canal therapy and stem spinal surgery in combination with also has a good long-term effect.%目的 分析采用根管治疗术以及根管治疗术联合干髓术治疗牙髓炎的临床效果.方法 随机选取我院收治的240例牙髓炎患者,并平均的将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组患者120例.对照组采用根管治疗术对患者进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合干髓术对牙髓炎患者进行治疗,并对治疗后临床效果进行统计学分析.结果 观察组治疗后的临床效果优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学意义.结论 采用根管治疗术与干髓术联合应用治疗牙髓炎比单一采用根管治疗术治疗牙髓炎的临床疗效更加显著,且采用根管治疗术与干髓术联合应用还具有良好的远期疗效.
