分析严重胰腺损伤行胰胃吻合并胰管外引流术的护理观察

摘要

Objective To analyze the serious injury of pancreas pancreatic gastric kiss nursing observation of drainage of the pancreatic duct. Methods 80 cases of pancreatic injury in our hospital, were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group of 40 cases, the controlgroup was given conventional nursing, the experimental group was given targeted nursing. Results The experimental group of nursing effectiveness is obviously higher than the control group P < 0.05. Conclusion The injury of pancreas pancreatic stomach anastomotic drainage given targeted nursing effect of pancreatic duct.%目的 分析严重胰腺损伤行胰胃吻合并胰管外引流术的护理观察.方法选取我院胰腺损伤患者80例,随机分为实验组和对照组40例,对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予针对性护理.结果 实验组护理有效率高于对照组,P<0.05.结论 对于严重胰腺损伤行胰胃吻合并胰管外引流术给予针对性护理效果明显.
