糖尿病合并冠心病患者施行全面护理的价值探析

Objective To analysis and discuss the application of comprehensive nursing on diabetestreatment in patients with coronary heart disease in the value.MethodsA total of 100 cases of diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease patients as the research object, they were randomly divided into control group (n=50) and observation group (n=50). The control group of patients with routine nursing measures, the observation group treated with comprehensive nursing measures. ResultsThe observation group patients nursing satisfaction rate was significantlybetter than the control group (P<0.05), and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive nursing in patients with coronary heart disease in diabetes patients, it has higher clinical value.%目的：分析并探讨全面护理应用于糖尿病合并冠心病患者治疗中的价值。方法选取100例糖尿病合并冠心病患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组（n=50）和观察组（n=50）。对照组患者采取常规护理措施，观察组患者采取全面护理措施。结果观察组患者的护理满意率优于对照组（P＜0.05），并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对糖尿病合并冠心病患者实施全面护理，具有较高的临床价值。
