以“名医新秀”为载体加强卫生人才建设的有益尝试

为了进一步加强卫生人才建设，北京市房山区卫生系统于2014年组织实施了第一期“名医新秀”人才培养工程，积极为广大医务人员搭建“科学研究、培训充电、宣传展示、沙龙论坛”四个平台，较好地激发了大家的科研热情和学习兴趣，促进了卫生人才队伍的发展。%For promoting the construction of health personnel,Beijing Fangshan district health system organize the implementation of the first period of Personnel Training Project named “Medical Rookie”. We Actively establish four platforms for the majority of the medical staff, which are“Scientiifc research platform, training and learning platform, promotional display platform and Sharon BBS”. It can stir up health Personnel interest of scientiifc research enthusiasm and learning ,then Promote the development of health personnel.
