椎体后凸成形术治疗老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of balloon kyphoplasty for aged osteoporotic compression fractures in patients with clinical effect.Methods 100 cases of senile osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture patients were selected in 2012 May to 2014 June in our hospital, divided into two groups according to the visiting number (treatment group, control group), treatment group were treated with kyphoplasty treatment, the control group were treated with vertebroplasty in the treatment of two groups of patients on treatment. The effect of treatment for two groups of patients. ResultsThe treatment group of patients with operation time, ambulation time, bone cement injection volume compared to the corresponding index and the control group, significant difference (P<0.05), and the treatment group patients body function recovery was better than the control group, signiifcant difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe clinical treatment of senileosteoporotic spine fracture patients given during kyphoplasty, high safety, can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the body movement function.%目的：观察椎体后凸成形术治疗老年性骨质疏松性压缩性骨折患者临床效果。方法抽选2012年5月～2014年6月，我院接收老年性骨质疏松性脊柱压缩性骨折患者100例，按就诊编号分成两组（医治组、对照组），医治组患者给予椎体后凸成形术治疗，对照组患者给予椎体成形术治疗，对比两组患者治疗效果。结果医治组患者手术时间、下床活动时间、骨水泥注入总量等相应指标和对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；且医治组患者机体功能恢复情况优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论临床治疗老年性骨质疏松性脊柱骨折患者过程中给予椎体后凸成形术，安全性高，可改善患者临床症状，提高机体运动功能。
