综合护理方式在胫腓骨骨折护理中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨在胫腓骨骨折护理中采用综合护理方式的应用效果。方法选取我院在2013年接受胫腓骨骨折治疗护理的50例患者，进行随机分为两组，观察组与对照组各是25例病患。其中对照组患者采用一般和基础的常规护理模式，观察组患者是在对照组的基础下给病患进行心理教育、牵引护理干等综合护理方式。采用统计学软件对两组护理效果加以对和比分析。结果观察组的骨牵引时间比对照组短，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。观察组患者的护理满意的有24例，满意率高达96%；对照组的护理满意例数仅为15例，满意率为60%。结论综合护理方式对胫腓骨骨折患者的治疗效果较佳，降低病患的治疗周期，对临床治疗具有重要意义。%Objective To evaluate the integrated care approach in the tibia and ifbula fracture care application results.Methods In our hospital for treatment and care of the tibia and ifbula fractures 50 patients in 2013, were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group was 25 cases of patients. Wherein the control group were treated with routine general and basic care model is based on the observation group were lower for patients in the control group psychoeducation, nursing dry traction comprehensive care approach. Use statistical software for the two groups to care benefits and comparative analysis.Results There were bone traction shorter than the control group,P<0.05, the difference was statistically signiifcant. The observation group were satisifed with the care of 24 patients, satisfaction rate of 96%, nursing satisfaction the number of cases in the control group only 15 cases, satisfaction rate of 60%.ConclusionThe comprehensive nursing manner tibia and fibula fractures better patient outcomes and reduce treatment cycle patients, has important implications for clinical treatment.
