肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮76例临床效果观察

摘要

目的：观察肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果。方法抽取76例重度痔疮患者，对其进行肛垫悬吊手术治疗，研究结果归为实验组；另抽取同期来我院治疗的重度痔疮患者75例，对其进行传统的外剥内扎手术治疗，研究结果归为对照组。结果实验组患者其住院时间、治疗总有效率以及并发症的发生率较对照组存在显著差异（P＜0.05）。结论肛垫悬吊手术治疗重度痔疮的临床效果好，总有效率高，恢复快，并发症少。%Objective To observe the clinical effect of anal cushion suspensory operation for the treatment of severe hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with severe hemorrhoids, treatment of anal cushion suspensory operation on them, the research results into experimental group,Another from the same time came to our hospital for treatment of severe hemorrhoids in 75 cases, of their traditional Milligan Morgan operation treatment, the results classified as the control group.
