腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎临床体会

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of acute cholecystitis and promotion value. Methods 80 patients with acute cholecystitis were divided into research group and the control group according to the randomized double blind method, the control group take open cholecystectomy, laparoscopic gallbladder surgery to remove the team line, comparing two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, c-reactive protein and its complications.Results The team intraoperative blood loss, postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time, complications, and other indicators are less than the control group (P<0.05), CRP levels before and after the change is less than the control group (P<0.05).ConclusionThe curative effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute cholecystitis, small trauma, fewer complications, quicker recovery.%目的：探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术在治疗急性胆囊炎中的临床疗效及推广价值。方法将80例急性胆囊炎患者按照随机双盲法分为研究组和对照组，对照组采取开腹胆囊切除术，研究组行腹腔镜胆囊切除手术，比较两组手术时间、术中失血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、C反应蛋白变化及并发症情况。结果研究组术中失血量、术后胃肠功能恢复时间、并发症等指标均少于对照组（P＜0.05），CRP水平前后变化幅度小于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗急性胆囊炎疗效确切，创伤小，并发症少，术后恢复快。
