肛瘘术后尿潴留的临床护理研究

摘要

Objective To summarize the nursing points for patients with urinary retention after anal ifstula operation, reduce the incidence of urinary retention.Methods124 patients with anal fistula diseases were divided into two groups and separate nursing.Results In the control group, the occurrence of severe urinary retention in 32 cases. The experimental group had severe urinary retention in 2 cases.Conclusion The application of the theory of self regulate of anorectal diseases in patients with postoperative comprehensive nursing intervention, can the occurrence of urinary retention and reduce the effective prevention after anorectal diseases.%目的：总结对于肛瘘术后尿潴留患者的护理要点，减少尿潴留的发生。方法将124例肛瘘疾病患者分为两组并分开护理。结果对照组发生重度尿潴留32例。实验组发生重度尿潴留2例。结论应用自我调节理论对肛肠疾病术后患者进行综合护理干预，可以有效预防及降低肛肠疾病术后尿潴留的发生。
