子宫肌瘤出血药物治疗临床分析

摘要

目的：探讨子宫肌瘤出血的临床药物治疗。方法选取25例子宫肌瘤出血患者的临床药物治疗资料进行分析。结果25例子宫肌瘤出血经药物治疗用药期间全部闭经，痛经患者症状均有所改善，多贫血，停药后10例患者月经恢复正常，其余为围绝经期妇女绝经。结论近年随着医学的发展，认为子宫能产生多种生物活性物质，具有内分泌功能，参与体内生殖生理过程，药物治疗已越来越受到重视。%Objective To investigate the clinical drug treatment of uterine fibroids bleeding. Methods 25 patients with uterine fibroids bleeding clinical drug therapy were analyzed. Results 25 cases of uterine fibroids bleeding after drug therapy during the treatment of all amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea symptoms were improved , more anemia , menstruation after stopping 10 patients returned to normal , the rest of perimenopausal women menopause. Conclusion In recent years, with the development of medical science that can produce a variety of uterine biologically active substances with endocrine function , reproductive physiological processes in the body , drug therapy has been more and more attention .
