Objective To analyze the feasibility of different diabetic hypoglycemic regimens. Methods 90 patients were divided into metformin hydrochloride combined with acarbose therapy group, and subcutaneous insulin therapy group and continuous subcutaneous insulin pump infusion set, observe the effects of treatment. Results The three groups of patients before and after treatment levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indexes were significantly different (P<0.05); after treatment, continuous subcutaneous insulin pump infusion set lipid metabolism indicators combined with a drop of subcutaneous insulin and metformin hydrochloride group acarbose group were signiifcantly different (all P<0.05). Conclusion The three treatment regimens continuous subcutaneous infusion of insulin pump therapy in diabetic hypoglycemic effect is remarkable.%目的：分析不同降糖方案治疗糖尿病患者的可行性。方法将90例患者分为盐酸二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖治疗组，和胰岛素皮下注射治疗组和胰岛素泵持续皮下输注组，观察治疗的效果。结果三组患者治疗前后糖脂代谢各项指标水平差异显著（P＜0.05）；治疗后，胰岛素泵持续皮下输注组的糖脂代谢各项指标下降程度与胰岛素皮下注射组以及盐酸二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖组比较均有显著差异(均P＜0.05)。结论上述三种治疗方案中胰岛素泵持续皮下输注治疗糖尿病降糖效果显著，安全性高。
