晚期肿瘤患者及家属的心理干预对患者生活质量产生的影响分析

摘要

Objective To observe the advanced cancer patients and their families and the effect of psychological intervention on the quality of life of patients. Methods The psychological intervention in contemporary nursing management has become an important factor affecting the quality of life of patients, it can match with the hospital treatment of patients and their family members actively, the close relationship between the patients and their families and hospitals, this study selected in our hospital from 2012 April to 2014 September in hospital treatment of 72 cases of cancer patients as the object, life quality were observed after psychological intervention.ResultsThe psychological intervention nursing implementation is good, can effectively reduce medical disputes. Conclusion In the given psychological intervention, to take care of family members of patients to better physical and mental, enable patients to active treatment, on his deathbed calm, serene, no fear.%目的：观察晚期肿瘤患者及家属的心理干预对患者生活质量的影响。方法当代的护理管理中心理干预已经成为影响患者生活质量的重要因素，它能够关系着患者及其家属积极的配合医院治疗，密切患者及其家属与医院之间的关系，本次研究选取我院2012年4月～2014年9月入院治疗的72例癌症患者为对象，观察心理干预后患者的生活质量情况。结果心理干预护理实施良好，能够有效降低医患纠纷。结论在给予心理干预后，家属能更好的照顾患者的身心，使患者积极接受治疗，在临终时平静，安详，无恐惧。
