吸入麻醉联合静脉复合麻醉在乳腺癌根治手术中的应用分析

摘要

目的研究分析吸入麻醉联合静脉复合麻醉应用于乳腺癌根治术的临床效果。方法对2011～2013年我院的76例乳腺癌手术患者进行探讨分析，根据患者的术前麻醉方式不同进行分组，对照组和实验组均有38例患者，对照组患者接受吸入麻醉，观察组在对照组基础上联合静脉复合麻醉，对两组患者的麻醉效果进行比较分析。结果两组患者的临床VAS评分结果组间有差异性（P＜0.05）；两组患者术前的血氧、心率、动脉压等均无显著差异性；对照组共出现3例不良反应病例，实验组无不良反应病例。结论乳腺癌根治术前为患者使用吸入麻醉联合静脉复合麻醉效果比较好，患者疼痛情况得到了改善。%ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of inhaled in radical mastectomy of breast cancer anesthesia combined with intravenous anesthesia.MethodsIn 76 cases of patients with breast cancer methods according to our hospital from 2011 to 2013 to carry on the discussion analysis, patients were grouped according to the preoperative anesthesia in different ways, the control group and the experimental groups were comprised 38 patients, the control group received inhalation anesthesia, the observation group in the control group based on the combined intravenous anesthesia, carry on comparative analysis to the the anesthesia effect of two groups of patients. ResultsThe clinical VAS score of the two groups of patients between group differences (P<0.05). The two group patients before blood oxygen, heart rate, arterial pressure had no signiifcant difference. The control group there were 3 cases of ADR cases in experimental group, no adverse reaction cases.Conclusion Radical mastectomy for breast cancer patients before use for inhalation anesthesia with intravenous anesthesia effect is better, the situation of pain in patients with improved, with high clinical application value.
