颅内血肿微创清除术治疗颅脑出血的疗效评价

摘要

目的：本文就颅内血肿微创清除术治疗颅脑出血的临床价值进行了研究和分析。方法随机抽取我院自2014年1月～2014年12月期间收治的颅脑出血患者44例，通过抽签法将其平均分为观察组和对照组，对照组予以常规治疗，观察组予以颅内血肿微创清除术治疗，对两组患者治疗后临床效果及不良反应发生率、生活质量评分情况进行观察和统计。结果观察组患者治疗后临床总有效率明显优于对照组患者；观察组患者的生活质量评分优于对照组患者；观察组患者治疗后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论颅内血肿微创清除术治疗颅脑出血的效果显著，有效改善了患者的临床症状。%ObjectiveTo In this paper, the clinical value of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive treatment in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage were studied and analyzed.Methods 44 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected from January 2014 to December 2014. All of the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group by lottery. The patients in the control group received routine therapy. While the patients in the observation group received the intracranial hematoma minimally invasive treatment. After the treatment the clinical effect, the incidence of adverse reactions and the quality of life score of the patients in both of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group. The quality of life score of the observation group was better than that of the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment of patients of observation group was obviously less than that of the control group patients (P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the intracranial hematoma minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage is marked. This treatment significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms, and is worth popularizing in clinical medicine.
