多囊卵巢综合征应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片结合药物促排卵治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的：观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮片（达英-35）结合药物促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者70例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予达英-35结合药物促排卵治疗，对照组仅给予达英-35治疗，比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组周期排卵率与受孕率均高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论达英-35结合药物促排卵治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果显著。%ObjectiveTo observe the effect of Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction therapy to polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 70 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in our hospital were randomly selected into two groups, the observation group patients were treated with Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction drug therapy, the control group patients only treated with Diane-35, therapeutic effects of two groups were compared.Results The cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in observation group were higher than control group signiifcantly (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of Diane-35 combined with ovulation induction therapy to polycystic ovary syndrome is obvious, it is worthy to be promoted.
