凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的优势及应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To analysis the advantages and application effect of polybrene technical in clinical blood transfusion testing.Methods 120 healthy medical examiners in our hospital were selected, receiving fasting hemospasia in duplicate in the early morning, tested and analyzed using saline method and polybrene transfusion testing.Results Polybrene technique was more effective than saline transfusion testing significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Polybrene technique has a high sensitivity, easy to operate, can provide test results of pre-clinical transfusion accurately to ensure the safety of blood transfusions, thus is worth a wide application.%目的：分析凝聚胺技术在临床输血检验中的优势及应用效果。方法对我院120例健康体检人员，清晨空腹抽取2份静脉血液样本，采用盐水法和凝聚胺技术对其进行输血检验，分析应用效果。结果采用凝聚胺技术进行输血检验的效果高于盐水法，且具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论凝聚胺技术具有较高的灵敏性，操作方便，为临床的输血提供了准确的检验结果，确保了输血的安全性。
