超声引导下穿刺留置导管无水乙醇灌洗治疗肾囊肿的疗效分析

Objective The effects of ultrasound guided percutaneous puncture catheter ethanol washing iflling the clinical curative effect of the treatment of renal cyst.MethodsCaichao, CT diagnosis of 200 cases of simple renal cysts, 104 cases in the treatment group, and 96 cases in the control group.ResultsThe clinical efifcacy of two groups were improved, the treatment group and the control group the total effective rate were 87.5% and 65.6%, the treatment group had signiifcant difference compared with the control group.Conclusion Ultrasound guided percutaneous catheter ethanol lavage treatment of renal cysts, which can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, reduce complications.%目的：探讨超声引导下经皮穿刺留置导管无水乙醇灌洗法治疗肾囊肿临床疗效。方法经彩超,CT明确诊断为单纯性肾囊肿患者200例，治疗组104例，采用超声引导下经皮穿刺留置导管无水乙醇灌洗法，对照组96例，采用单纯超声引导下经皮无水酒精硬化治疗法，治疗12个月后比较疗效。结果两组临床疗效均有改善，治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为87.5%和65.6%，治疗组较对照组有显著差异。结论超声引导下穿刺留置导管无水乙醇灌洗治疗肾囊肿，可有效降低复发率，减少并发症。
