目的：探讨多排螺旋CT多期扫描在胰腺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法将58例患者分为对照组与观察组，两组患者各有29例。对照组采用超声检查，观察组采用多排螺旋CT多期扫描。结果两种检查方式对肿瘤大小与转移情况判断的准确度比较有显著差异；两种检查方式对手术可切除性评价的准确度比较有明显差异。结论胰腺癌诊断中采用多排螺旋CT多期扫描，能准确判断肿瘤大小，可以准确评价胰腺周围血管受累状况，对手术可切除性评估有一定准确度与参考价值，是诊断胰腺癌中较为满意的检查技术。%Objective To explore more row helical CT multi-phase scan in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Methods 58 patients were divided into control group and observation group, two groups of patients with 29 cases. The control group using ultrasound, the observation group adopts multiple row helical CT multi-phase scan. Results Two inspection ways of tumor size and transfer the accuracy of judging more signiifcant differences. Both the accuracy of the inspection method for evaluation of surgical resection can be more obvious difference. Conclusion The diagnosis of pancreatic cancer using multiple row helical CT multi-phase scan.
