Objective To study the analysis of Department of gynaecology and obstetrics operation to take emergency hysterectomy using effect. Methods 178 cases of emergency hysterectomy patients to analyze were received from 2008 to 2013 in our hospital, to evaluate the therapeutic effect of patients with operation. Results In patients with a total of 3 cases of placental abruption, 53 cases of uterine scar pregnancy induction of labor, 18 case of amniotic lfuid embolism, take a hysterectomy after treatment, were successfully discharged. Conclusion Application of hysterectomy is more, such as multiple production, repeated curettage and must undergo a hysterectomy, patients psychology can be affected due to the operation, operation should be according to the conditions of a patient to choose.%目的：研究分析妇产科手术采取急症子宫切除术的使用效果。方法对2008～2013年我院接收的178例急症子宫切除患者来进行探讨分析，对患者的手术治疗效果进行评价。结果患者共有3例胎盘早剥、53例瘢痕子宫中孕引产，18例羊水栓塞，采取了切除子宫治疗后，均顺利的出院。结论子宫切除术的应用比较多，比如多次生产、多次刮宫等而必须要接受子宫切除治疗，患者的心理会因为该手术而受到影响，手术也应该要针对患者的情况来进行选择。
