老年白内障与糖尿病并发白内障患者诊疗方案探索研究

Objective Analysis of diabetic patients with senile cataract after cataract surgery clinic clinical results. Methods 100 cases in the experimental group were randomly selected diabetic patients with cataract patients in the control group of 100 elderly patients required surgical treatment for cataract patients, both groups of patients in different treatment methods. Results Two groups of patients recovery, comparative analysis of the incidence of complications (P<0.05) , the difference was signiifcant, sta. Conclusions Using small incision cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation treatment programs worthy of front-line application.%目的：分析糖尿病合并白内障患者与老年白内障经手术诊疗后的临床效果。方法随机抽取实验组100例糖尿病合并白内障患者，对照组100例老年白内障需手术诊疗的患者，两组患者诊疗方法不同。结果两组患者恢复情况、并发症发生率比对分析（P＜0.05），差异具有显著性，有统计学意义。结论采用白内障小切口超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术的诊疗方案，值得临床一线推广应用。
