综合指数法在评价医院医疗质量中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To analysis the comprehensive index method in evaluating the application of the hospital medical quality effect. Methods Selects the comprehensive index method in our hospital during 2011~2013 average daily outpatient number, sickbed utilization rate, average hospitalization time six indexes such as statistics, ifnal calculation of the outpatient service work in 3 years index, the index of ward work efifciency and work quality index. Results The hospital outpatient amount index, the index of ward work efifciency increased year by year, the work quality index, and annual review at the provincial level in 2011~2013. Conclusion The comprehensive index method is an effective hospital medical quality evaluation method, is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的：分析综合指数法在评价医院医疗质量中的应用效果。方法选用综合指数法对我院2011～2013年间平均日门诊人数、病床利用率、平均住院时间等6项指标进行统计，最终计算我院3年来的出门诊工作量指数、病房工作效率指数以及工作质量指数。结果2011～2013年间我院出门诊工作量指数、病房工作效率指数逐年增高、工作质量指数，且每年度达到省级评审水平。结论综合指数法是一种有效的医院医疗质量评估方法，值得临床推广。
