曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病临床疗效分析

摘要

目的：分析曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病的效果。方法选择2013年9月～2014年9月本院治疗冠心病患者88例，随机分为两组，每组44例，对照组口服曲美他嗪，观察组口服瑞舒伐他汀联合曲美他嗪，观察两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率93.18%高于对照组70.45%（P＜0.05）。结论曲美他嗪联合瑞舒伐他汀治疗冠心病临床疗效显著。%Objective To analysis the clinical curative effect of coronary heart disease treated with trimetazidine and rosuvastatain. Methods 88 cases of coronary heart disease (CHD) patients were chosen from September 2013~September 2014 in our hospital, and randomly divided into two groups, each group had 44 cases, control group was treated with oral trimetazidine, observation group was treated with rosuvastatain and trimetazidine, to observe the curative effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.18%, and it was higher than the control group (70.45%) (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of heart disease treated by trimetazidine combined rosuvastatain is remarkable.
