评估胰岛素注射笔相对于传统注射器治疗糖尿病的有效性

摘要

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of insulin injection pen with respect to traditional syringe for treating diabetes. Methods In our hospital 80 cases ofdiabetic patients, randomly divided them into observation group and control group, 40 cases in each group, the control group used the traditional syringe injection of insulin,the observation group were treated using insulin pen. To observe the clinical curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The patients in the observation groupthe fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin were signiifcantly lower than those of the control group, the difference of the two groups was signiifcantly (P>0.05). Conclusion The use of insulin injection pen diabetes treatment has a better curative effect, and less adverse reactions, it is worthy of wide clinical application.%目的：分评估胰岛素注射笔相对于传统注射器治疗糖尿病的有效性。方法选取我院80例糖尿病患者，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，对照组使用传统注射器注射胰岛素，观察组使用胰岛素注射笔进行治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白等指标都明显低于对照组，两组对比差异明显（P>0.05）。结论使用胰岛素注射笔治疗糖尿病具有更好的疗效，且不良反应较少。
