流行性腮腺炎的疾病调查与预防控制措施

摘要

Objective To summarize the control and prevention of mumps epidemic outbreak of mumps epidemic factors survey, exploring the causes and patterns of disease. Methods Through questionnaires and pathological survey, analysis of local customs and appear to follow the disease characteristics, exploring the main disease, and propose solutions strategy. Results The survey found that 97 mumps, up to the proportion of children and students who in the outbreak, and are living in a village belonging to the villagers. The outbreak of this incident is the continuity of the state, while the major causes of morbidity and local customs related. Conclusion Complications of mumps and the characteristics of the local customs, mumps increase publicity and education efforts, good isolation of patients, ventilation windows and other prevention efforts, to ifnd out the effective prevention and treatment as soon as possible epidemic outbreak methods.%目的：为了总结控制和预防流行性腮腺炎的措施，调查流行性腮腺炎爆发的流行因素，探究病发的原因和规律。方法通过调查问卷和病理调查的方式，分析当地风俗和出现病情特征，探究疾病发生的主要原因，提出解决策略。结果调查97人流行性腮腺炎的发现，在爆发者中儿童和学生所占比例最多，并且均属同村村民。此次事件的爆发状态是连续性的，而主要的发病原因与当地的风土人情有关。结论分析流行性腮腺炎的并发症特征和当地的风土人情，加大流行性腮腺炎宣传教育力度，做好隔离患者、通风开窗等预防工作，尽快寻找出有效防治爆发性流行病的方法。
