2011年5月17日，弥渡县某山区乡初级中学发生一起食物中毒事件。主要的症状为腹痛、腹泻、呕吐以及恶心等胃肠炎表现，通过流行病学调查、实验室检测、判定该起食物中毒是因为产志贺样毒素侵袭力的大肠埃希氏菌（英简ESIEC）污染饭菜所导致的。本文旨在进一步分析致泻性大肠埃希氏菌致食物中毒的原因及特性，做好饮食卫生知识宣传，加强食品卫生的监督管理，坚决杜绝该类事件的再次发生。%In May 17, 2011, a mountainous area in Midu County Rural junior middle school food poisoning events occurred.
