Objective To study curative effect of diosmin tablets joint air pressure wave on limb edema after stroke. Methods Patients with limb edema after stroke were collected and were divided into study group (treatment plan for Diosmin tablets air pressure wave therapy) and control group (treatment scheme for air pressure wave therapy). Comparison (1) before and after treatment of the double arm circumference diameter, double leg circumference. (2) limb swelling, skin hardness and pain scores before and after treatment in two groups. Results Before treatment, Two groups of patients with double arm circumference, double leg circumference, sense of limb swelling, skin hardness, comparison of pain scores, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, two groups of patients with double arm circumference, double leg circumference, sense of limb swelling, skin hardness, pain score comparison, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diosmin tablets air pressure can improve post-stroke limb edema, relieve symptoms.%目的：探讨地奥司明片联合空气压力波治疗脑卒中后肢体水肿疗效肯定。方法收集我院脑卒中后肢体水肿的患者，分为：研究组（治疗方案为地奥司明片联合空气压力波治疗）和对照组（治疗方案为空气压力波治疗）。对比（1）两组治疗前后双上臂周径、双小腿周径。（2）两组治疗前后肢体肿胀感、皮肤硬度、疼痛评分。结果治疗前，两组患者双上臂周径、双小腿周径、肢体肿胀感、皮肤硬度、疼痛评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗后，两组患者双上臂周径、双小腿周径、肢体肿胀感、皮肤硬度、疼痛评分比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论地奥司明片联合空气压力可以改善脑卒中后肢体水肿程度，减轻症状。
