目的：分析妊娠合并糖尿病患者实行围术期护理的临床效果。方法依据护理方式的不同将我院从2015年3月～2016年3月收治的54例妊娠合并糖尿病患者分为两组，采取我院常规护理的为参照组，采取围产期护理的为实验组，对比分析两组产妇护理效果。结果实验组患者治疗后出现不良反应患者1例，包括巨大儿，不良反应发生率3.70%（1/27），参照组患者治疗后出现不良反应患者7例，包括巨大儿、感染、妊娠高血压以及新生儿窒息，不良反应发生率25.93%（7/27），两组对比，差异具有统计学意义（χ2=5.2826，P＜0.05）。结论将围产期护理干预应用在妊娠合并糖尿病患者中存在确切疗效，可以改善临床护理依从性。%Objective To analyze gestational diabetes mellitus patients in perioperative nursing clinical effect. Methods According to the different methods of nursing care to our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016, 54 cases of pregnancy with diabetes patients were divided into two groups, to take our routine nursing care as control group, take the perinatal care as the experimental group, compared two groups of maternal care effect. Results The adverse reactions after treatment in patients 1 case, including macrosomia, incidence of adverse reaction 3.70% (1/27), control group patients after treatment of 7 patients with adverse reactions, including macrosomia,, infection, pregnancy-induced hypertension, and neonatal asphyxia, and incidence of adverse reaction 25.93% (7/27), the difference was statistically signiifcant (χ2=5.282 6, P<0.05). Conclusion Applying perinatal nursing intervention in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in exact curative effect, can improve clinical care compliance.
