急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭的临床研究

摘要

Objective To study the clinical treatment plan and effect in the emergency internal medicine of the elderly patients with severe heart failure.Methods 96 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group.ResultsThe total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75% (45/48), higher than that of the control group 79.17% (38/48).Conclusion Emergency internal medicine treatment program for elderly patients with severe heart failure patients have good results.%目的：研究老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科的临床治疗方案和效果。方法选取96例老年重症心力衰竭患者为研究对象，将其分为为对照组和观察组。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.75%（45/48），高于对照组79.17%（38/48）。结论急诊内科治疗方案对老年重症心力衰竭患者有良好的效果。
