人工肝血浆置换治疗重型肝炎效果探讨

摘要

Objective To study the change of the index of artificial liver plasma exchange therapy and clinical effect in the treatment of severe hepatitis.Methods44 cases of severe hepatitis patients were selected in our hospital in recent years, randomly divided into reference group (n=22) and experimental group (n=22). Patients in the reference group were treated in our hospital. Experimental group, on the basis of comprehensive treatment in the reference group, increase the artiifcial liver plasma exchange therapy. The change of various indexes after treatment in two groups of patients were compared and analyzed, to study the effect of clinical treatment. ResultsPatients in the experimental group were PTA (76.32 ± 5.21)%, TBIL (156.37 ± 40.25) μmol/L and adverse reaction rate (4.54%), are significantly better than the reference group of patients with PTA (52.47 ± 5.87)%, TBIL (256.98 ± 38.57) μmol/L, adverse reaction rate of 31.81%. The difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of artiifcial liver plasma exchange in the treatment of severe hepatitis has a signiifcant effect.%目的：研究在重型肝炎治疗中实行人工肝血浆置换疗法的指标变化情况以及临床效果。方法选取我院近年来收治的44例重型肝炎患者，随机分为参照组（n=22）与实验组（n=22），参照组患者予以我院内科综合治疗，实验组在参照组综合治疗基础上增加人工肝血浆置换疗法，对比分析两组患者经不同方式治疗后的各项指标变化情况，并研究临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者PTA（76.32±5.21）%、TBIL （156.37±40.25）μmol/L、不良反应率4.54%，均显著优于参照组患者PTA（52.47±5.87）%、TBIL（256.98±38.57）μmol/L、不良反应率31.81%，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论将人工肝血浆置换应用在重型肝炎治疗中具有显著效果。
