骨伤复原汤配合骨搬运技术治疗创伤性四肢大段骨缺损的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical effcacy of bone restoration decoction combined with bone transport technique in treatment of traumatic large segmental bone defects in extremities.Methods 56 cases of traumatic limbs long bone defect patients in our hospital, divided into control group and observation group with 28 cases in each group, the control group took the bone transport technique for treatment, the observation group used bone restoration decoction combined with bone transport technique for treatment. ResultsThe observation group the total efficiency of 92.43%, compared with 82.45% in the control group, two the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), to observe the callus group pull time (44.38±3.42) days, less than the control group (75.62±3.21) days, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with traumatic limbs long bone defect to bone restoration decoction combined with bone transport technique treatment method, can greatly shorten the treatment time, curative effect.%目的分析探究骨伤复原汤配合骨搬运技术治疗创伤性四肢大段骨缺损的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的56例创伤性四肢大段骨缺损患者，分为对照组和观察组各28例，对照组采取骨搬运技术进行治疗，观察组则采用骨伤复原汤配合骨搬运技术进行治疗。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率为92.43%比对照组的治疗总效率82.45%高且效果明显，两组对比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05；同时观察组患者的骨痂牵拉时间（44.38±3.42）d，少于对照组的（75.62±3.21）d，两组对比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论给予创伤性四肢大段骨缺损患者以骨伤复原汤配合骨搬运技术治疗法，能很大程度上缩短其治疗时间，疗效确切。
