胃溃疡穿孔手术患者施行优质护理服务的可行性研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of high-quality nursing care in patients with gastric ulcer perforation.Methods From August 2014 to January 2016, 94 patients with gastric ulcer perforation were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group. The nursing mode selection of high quality nursing and routine nursing, and the feasibility of the two nursing modes were studied.Results Two groups of patients with different nursing care model, the nursing satisfaction were 97.87% and 80.85%, while the incidence of complications in the observation group was reduced, the difference was statistically signiifcant, P<0.05.Conclusion Patients with gastric ulcer perforation operation patients with high quality care, can reduce the incidence of complications, improve satisfaction.%目的：分析胃溃疡穿孔手术患者施行优质护理服务的效果。方法将2014年8月～2016年1月到我院就诊的94例胃溃疡穿孔手术患者纳入此研究中，并采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，其护理模式分别选择优质护理以及常规护理，对两种护理模式的可行性进行研究。结果两组患者采用不同护理模式护理后，其护理满意度分别为97.87%和80.85%，同时观察组患者并发症发生率降低，数据之间差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论胃溃疡穿孔手术患者采用优质护理，能够降低其并发症发生率，提升满意度。
