目的对手足口病患儿的白细胞计数（WBC）、超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）及空腹血糖水平进行检测，观察其变化情况，探讨其临床意义。方法选择我院于2011年7月～2015年12月共收治的142例手足口病患儿作为本次研究对象，根据病情程度分成了重症组与普通组。两组均检测WBC、hs-CRP及空腹血糖水平。结果重症组WBC、空腹血糖及hs-CRP的阳性率分别为50.0%、38.5%、34.6%，普通组的分别为12.1%、12.9%、10.3%，两组比较差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 WBC、hs-CRP及空腹血糖可作为手足口病诊断的有效指标。%Objective White blood cell count (WBC), high sensitive C reactive protein (hs-CRP) and fasting blood glucose level were detected in children with hand foot mouth disease, observe the change of the situation, to explore its clinical signiifcance.Methods 142 children with hand foot and mouth disease treated in our hospital from July 2011 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects, according to the severity of the disease, the patients were divided into severe group and normal group. WBC, hs-CRP and blood glucose levels were detected in the two groups. Results Severe group WBC, fasting blood glucose and hs-CRP positive rate were respectively 50.0%, 38.5%, 34.6%, the general group were 12.1%, 12.9%, 10.3%, the presence of the two groups was statistically signiifcant (Р<0.05).Conclusion WBC, hs-CRP and fasting blood glucose can be used as an effective indicator for diagnosis of hand, foot and mouth disease.
