围手术期干预性护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者预后的影响分析

摘要

目的：探索围手术期干预性护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者预后的影响。方法研究对象选取本院2013年1月～2015年12月收治的68例妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各34例。实验组患者采取围手术期干预性护理，对照组患者采取常规护理干预。对两组患者的护理成效进行对比。结果实验组患者的分娩率明显高于对照组，对比差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论围手术期干预性护理对妊娠合并卵巢肿瘤患者的预后具有较好的改善作用。%Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the prognosis of pregnancy complicated with ovarian tumor. Methods 68 cases of pregnancy complicated with ovarian cancer in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected, randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 34 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group were treated with perioperative intervention, patients in control group were treated with routine nursing intervention. The nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results The rate of delivery in the experimental group was signiifcantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can improve the prognosis of patients with ovarian tumor in pregnancy.
