头颅磁共振成像在中枢神经系统白色念珠菌病诊治中的应用价值

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of the application of magnetic resonance imaging in the central nervous system in the diagnosis and treatment of candidiasis.Methods 20 patients with CNS candidiasis cases were treated with cranial magnetic resonance imaging examination, examination results summary.Results 20 cases of patients with the first magnetic resonance showed a change in the brain, 15 cases of patients with symptoms of cerebral vascular involvement. 12 cases of enhanced magnetic resonance imaging showed that there were 9 cases of infectious granuloma and 3 cases of peripheral ring enhancement of the left frontal lobe. 20 cases of patients after treatment for 2~4 weeks once again to give the cranial magnetic resonance review, showed that the dural enhancement, granuloma and other phenomena are different degrees of narrowing, the scope of cerebral infarction decreased and the emergence of brain softening, colloid and other symptoms. ConclusionBrain magnetic resonance imaging in CNS candidiasis diagnosis, treatment evaluation has good application effect.%目的：探讨核磁共振成像在中枢神经系统白色念珠菌病诊治中的应用效果。方法中枢神经系统白色念珠菌病患者20例均给予头颅核磁共振成像检查，总结检查结果。结果20例患者首次磁共振均表现出脑膜脑炎改变，15例患者出现感染后脑血管受累症状。12例增强磁共振检查结果显示其头颅内存在感染性肉芽肿病变有9例，左额叶类圆形异常信号周边环形强化3例。20例患者治疗后2～4周再次给予头颅磁共振复查，显示其脑膜强化、肉芽肿等现象均不同程度的缩小，脑梗死范围减小且出现脑软化、胶质增生等症状。结论头颅磁共振成像在中枢神经系统白色念珠菌病诊断、治疗评估中均有良好的应用效果。
