早期抚触护理在新生儿生理性黄疸中的应用研究

摘要

目的：分析新生儿生理性黄疸实施早期抚触护理的效果。方法从我院收治的新生儿生理性黄疸患儿中随机挑选86例，按编号单双数分成两组后实施不同护理措施，并于护理干预后评定效果。结果试验组疾病好转者40例，好转率93.0%，与对照组好转率76.7%（33/43）相比，差异具有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论临床给予新生儿生理性黄疸患儿早期抚触护理作用突出，可提高效果，促进新生儿健康发育。%Objective To analyze the effect of early neonatal jaundice touching nursing.Methods From our hospital newborn physiological jaundice were randomly selected 86 cases, according to the number of single dual into two groups after the implementation of different nursing measures, and after the nursing intervention effect evaluation.Results In the experimental group, 40 cases were improved, accounting for 93%, and the improvement rate of 76.7% (33/43) compared with the control group, P<0.05, statistical difference.Conclusion Early touching nursing effect of newborn physiological jaundice were prominent, improve the effect and promote the healthy growth of newborns.
