调强适形放疗治疗复发性妇科恶性肿瘤的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the intensity modulated conformal radiotherapy for recurrent gynecologic malignancies effect.Methods 50 patients were divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. Observation group by intensity modulated radiation therapy, the control group by conventional radiotherapy regimens were compared clinical efficacy.ResultsThe overall response rate of 92% in the observation group, the treatment group overall response rate of 68%, the difference was signiifcant,P<0.05. The survival rate of the two groups, the mortality rate, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05. Conclusion Recurrent gynecologic malignancies, the intensity-modulated radiation therapy, can improve the quality of life of patients, and the high rate of remission, it has important clinical value.%目的：探究调强适形放射治疗复发性妇科恶性肿瘤的效果。方法将50例患者分成观察组和对照组，每组各25例患者。观察组通过调强适形放射治疗，对照组通过常规放射方案治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总缓解率92%，对照组的治疗总缓解率68%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者存活率、死亡率比较，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论复发性妇科恶性肿瘤，经调强适形放射治疗，能够提高患者的生存质量，且缓解率较高，具有重要的临床价值。
