无创通气治疗晚期发生呼吸衰竭的弥漫间质性肺病疗效观察

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of diffuse interstitial lung disease in patients with advanced respiratory failure.Methods 86 cases of diffuse interstitial lung disease with respiratory failure treated in our hospital were selected, according to the way of ventilation, they were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with invasive ventilation, and the observation group was treated with noninvasive ventilation. The heart rate, respiratory rate, blood gas analysis and complication rate were compared between the two groups.ResultsComparison of heart rate, respiratory rate and blood gas analysis in the two groups, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P>0.05). The complication rate of the observation group was 2.3%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group 18.6%, and the difference was statistically signiifcant (P<0.05).Conclusion Non-nvasive ventilation in the treatment of advanced diffuse interstitial lung disease complicated with respiratory failure, and the complication rate is low.%目的：探讨无创通气治疗晚期发生呼吸衰竭的弥漫间质性肺病的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的86例晚期发生呼吸衰竭的弥漫间质性肺病患者，根据通气方式分为两组，各43例。对照组行有创通气，观察组行无创通气。对比两组心率、呼吸频率、血气分析值及并发症发生率。结果两组患者心率、呼吸频率、血气分析值比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），观察组并发症发生率为2.3%，明显低于对照组的18.6%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论无创通气治疗晚期弥漫间质性肺病并发呼吸衰竭临床效果显著，并发症发生率低，值得推广运用。
