超声及超声双重造影在阑尾病变诊断中的应用

摘要

目的：利用超声及超声双重造影技术对阑尾病变患者进行诊断，为阑尾病变患者的诊断提供借鉴和指导。方法选取我院收治的阑尾病变住院患者100例，对其在医院诊断过程中用超声及超声双重造影的作用进行统计学分析。结果观察组满意率为95.7%；对照组满意率为85.0%。观察组满意率和并发症发生率均优于对照组，P ＜0.05差异具有统计学意义。结论可使用超声及超声双重造影进行阑尾病变的检查，更好地为患者提供诊断。%Objective To provide the reference and guidance for the diagnosis of the patients with appendicitis by ultrasound and double contrast examination. Methods 100 cases of hospitalized patients with appendicitis in our hospital were selected, and the effect of ultrasound and double contrast in the diagnosis of the hospital were analyzed statistically. Results The satisfaction rate of observation group was 95.7%, and the control group was 85%. The observation group satisfaction rate and incidence of complications were bet er than the control group, P<0.05, has statistical significance.Conclusion It is possible to use ultrasound and double contrast ultrasound for the diagnosis of appendicitis, which can provide a better diagnosis.
