Objective To explore the Influence of family members' participation in the management of water and sodium control compliance of maintenance hemodialysis patients. Methods The subjects were 76 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital from January 2015 to June 2015, randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group used the traditional health education mode, on the basis of traditional health education, the observation group was mobilized to participate in the family members of patients, and to carry out the same health education to patients' family members. after six months of observation, the two groups of patients were compared, and the changes in water control were observed. Results The observation group, the ratio of body weight, the ratio of dry weight, the amount of fluid intake and ultrafiltration were significantly decreased, and the compliance of sodium and water control was significantly increased (P<0.05), there was no significant difference between the control group (P>0.05). Comparison of incidence rate of complications in two groups: the incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Family members participating in management can improve the compliance of sodium and water control in hemodialysis patients, and reduce the incidence of dialysis complications, so as to improve the dialysis adequacy and the quality of life of patients.%目的：探讨家属参管理与对维持性血液透析患者水钠控制依从性的影响。方法研究对象为2015年1~6月在我院进行血液透析治疗的患者76例，随机分成对照组和观察组，对照组采用传统的健康教育方式；观察组在传统的健康教育方式的基础上动员患者家属参与，并对家属实施同样的健康宣教。观察6个月后，比较两组患者水钠控制依从性方面的变化。结果观察组患者透析间期体重增长与干体重的比值、液体摄入量、超滤量均减少，水钠控制依从性提高（P＜0.05），对照组无明显区别（P ＞0.05）。两组并发症发生率比较：干预组患者并发症发生率低于对照组，两组比较有着明显的差异（P＜0.05）。结论家属参与管理能提高血液透析患者水钠控制依从性，降低透析并发症的发生率，从而提高透析充分性和患者生活质量。
