心脏介入术后外周血管并发症的临床观察

摘要

Objective To systematically explore the peripheral vascular complications after cardiac interventional treatment of the type and reason, on the basis of this analysis the corresponding countermeasures. Methods 400 cases to select cardiac involvement of surgical treatment of patients were retrospectively study in our hospital, focus on analysis of peripheral vascular complication after the patient's general information. Results This group of patients, 11 cases (2.8%) patients with peripheral vascular complications, among them, 4 cases for local hematoma, 2 cases of pseudoaneurysms and 1 case of arteriovenous ifstula, 1 case of arterial thrombosis, 3 cases with severe bleeding. For these patients after internal medicine conservative, rehabilitation hospital discharge.Conclusion In patients with heart after interventional, prone to local hematoma, false aneurysm, severe peripheral vascular complications such as bleeding, need to ifnd and deal with as soon as possible, in order to improve the prognosis of patients.%目的：系统地探究心脏介入手术治疗后出现外周血管并发症的类型和原因，在此基础上分析其相应的处理对策。方法选取我院收治的行心脏介入手术治疗的400例患者进行回顾性研究，重点分析术后出现外周血管并发症的患者的一般资料信息。结果本组患者中，11例（2.8%）患者出现外周血管并发症，其中，4例为局部血肿，2例为假性动脉瘤，1例为动静脉瘘，1例为动脉血栓，3例为严重出血；对上述患者行内科保守后，均康复出院。结论在心脏介入术后，患者容易出现局部血肿、假性动脉瘤、严重出血等外周血管并发症，需要尽早发现并处理，以改善患者的预后。
