探讨萎缩性胆囊炎的腹腔镜切除术及临床应用价值

摘要

目的：评估腹腔镜下切除术运用在萎缩性胆囊炎治疗中的效果及价值。方法以2013年2月～2015年2月因患有萎缩性胆囊炎而进入本院接受诊治的57例患者为对象，对其施行腹腔镜下切除手术，探究治疗成效及有关情况。结果57例全部顺利结束LC术，没有中途转成开腹手术者。术后的24 h内患者肠道蠕动功能得以恢复，住院时间平均（7.0±1.02）d，没有死亡病例。结论 LC术运用在萎缩性胆囊炎的治疗中时，手术操作者需具备较强的镜下观察、解剖技能，并顺利开展术中Calot三角解剖操作，以提升预后效果。%Objective To evaluate use of laparoscopic resection in the treatment of atrophic cholecystitis effect and value.Methods 57 cases of patients with atrophic cholecystitis were chosen as an object from February 2013 to February 2015 in the hospital, by the laparoscopic surgery, to explore the treatment effect and the related situation.Results 57 cases were all successful conclusion LC, not the way to open operation. Postoperative patients with intestinal peristalsis function was restored in 24 hours, length of hospital stay (7.0±1.02) days on average, no death case.Conclusion LC technique used in the treatment of atrophic cholecystitis, surgery, the operator must have the stronger the microscopic observation, anatomical skills, intraoperative Calot triangle dissection and smoothly carry out the operation, in order to improve the prognosis.
