目的：评价萎胃康治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效及对血液流变学的影响效果。方法本文选取我院近一年来收治的80例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者，随机数表法将其分为2组，每组40例。治疗组接受萎胃康治疗，对照组接受胃乐宁和多酶片治疗。将两组患者的治疗效果及血液流变指标加以对比分析。结果两组患者的治疗有效率比较，治疗组明显好于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎患者接受萎胃康治疗，效果安全显著，因而具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective To evaluate the effect of Weiweikang in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis and inlfuence on blood rheology effect.Methods We selected in our hospital in recent years treated 80 cases of chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group, the control group were treated with gastric Le Ning and polyzyme tablets, the treatment group with Weiweikang treatment, compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect and treatment before and after treatment of blood rheological index change the results. ResultsThe effective rate of treatment in the two groups, the treatment group was signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups, there was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic atrophic gastritis patients with Weiweikang begin the process of healing, more remarkable treatment effect and inlfuence on blood rheology index of greater, it is worth in clinical application.
